Marine Design Dynamics, Inc. holds a prime Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) under the U.S. Navy’s SEAPORT Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Seaport-e is for Engineering, Financial, and Program Support under all seven geographic zones. Seaport-e falls under the U.S. Navy’s Virtual SYSCOM, comprised of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) and other U.S. Navy activities. Additionally, the U.S. Marine Corps can place orders under the Seaport contract.

MDD has developed stringent quality controls to ensure the best product for the customer. These quality controls include regular project reviews, several levels of technical and programmatic oversight, and clear quality control standards. MDD will monitor and maximize the quality of the products and services provided under this contract by using technical progress reports and periodic reviews of projects and deliverables,. Program Managers will coordinate efforts with the Project Leads and maintain detailed schedule, cost and project completion plans and provide a clear path of quality reviews from task inception through completion. MDD’s quality procedures are implemented at task inception and continue throughout the development cycle to ensure that any nonconformance or quality problems are identified and corrected as early as possible.
